❝Job Well Done❞
★★★★★ - " I would definitely refer family and friends to K-CO. Communication with Rich, K-CO project manager, was great and he was on site each of the 3 days he had his crew here. The crew did a great job operating as a well oil machine and took great care and pride in the job. And the house looks great! Many thanks to Rich and his team for a job well done! "

Why Get K-CO Construction LLC's Textured Painting?
Adding texture to walls can give a room richness and depth, all while making the room feel more custom to your style and design taste. Some varieties of textured paint come premixed with sand-like particles suspended in the paint. Because of their grittiness, these paints are usually used on ceilings. Another type of textured paint has no granules. It is thick and smooth and applied to the wall surface, and then textured with special tools.

-
▼ Do you patch or repair stucco or masonry?Yes, we do repairs on stucco and masonry surfaces as well. To help new stucco stick, we use a stucco glue to make sure it lasts.
-
▼ Do you patch the cracks in the stucco?Yes, although you want to be careful depending on your style of stucco. Heavily textured stucco you can almost do as much crack filling and repairs as you like. Smoother surfaced stucco you have to be careful not to leave any scars as scars are more visible on a smoother surface. We have a few ways to hide our crack repairs, so if something needs to be fixed its no problem.
